Campaigns dashboard overview

The Campaigns dashboard is where you create, organize, and manage your email campaigns. While the dashboard guides you through building and sending emails, it also offers several helpful tools for managing campaigns at every stage—from concept to delivery.

Standard Dashboard View

When you land on the Campaigns homepage, you’ll see a list of campaigns that are either in progress or scheduled. The Status column shows where each mailing stands:

  • New: Campaign is in progress and has not yet been tested.

  • Draft: Campaign is in progress and has been tested at least once.

  • Scheduled: Campaign is finalized and set to send on a specific date and time.

This status overview gives you a quick snapshot of what’s in motion and what needs attention.


Searching for Campaigns

You can easily locate campaigns using the search bar at the top of the dashboard:

  • Enter keywords related to the campaign name or content.

  • If your campaigns are organized into folders, check the option to search within subfolders.

This is especially helpful when managing large volumes of mailings or revisiting older campaigns.


Editing a Campaign

Need to make a change to a campaign before it sends?

  1. Hover over the campaign name in the dashboard.

  2. Click on the Edit & more options menu (three dots to the right).

  3. Select Edit to reopen the campaign in the builder workflow.

You can edit campaigns in any status—New, Draft, or Scheduled—until they’ve been sent.


Organizing Campaigns with Folders

To keep your campaigns tidy, use folders to group them by:

  • Time period (e.g., Q1, Fall 2025)

  • Topic (e.g., Newsletters, Promotions)

  • Type (e.g., Product Launches, Events)

During the campaign creation process, you can:

  • Assign your new mailing to an existing folder, or

  • Create a new folder on the fly.

Folders make it easy to manage and retrieve campaigns over time, especially for teams collaborating across projects.
