Can I link an outside subscribe form to my account?
You have a form you either want to create with a different software or custom build and would like entries to that form to direct to our software.
In order to utilize a non-native form you must have an integration to connect to our software. There have several options on how to automatically transfer new subscriber data to your account without manually inputting:
- You can build the form in our software (Assets> Forms) with appropriate code then export the code and add it to your website, etc.
- You can have your IT team set up an API connection between your form and our software using our API. The goal is to add contacts that submit that form to your Delivra account using our Member Service.
- You could use a third party connector like Zapier to connect your form to our software. We do not charge for this service, though Zapier might depending on which service you use to create your form.
- You could potentially create a shell form in our software with all the elements needed and your team or the third party developing the website could code the rest. The only caveat for this option is our Support Team would have limited ability for troubleshooting if the form HTML is changed and it doesn't work.
Our recommendation, as well as the easiest of all of these, is to rebuild the form in Delivra. Learn how to build forms in this online learning module.
