Our lead score feature allows you to build a scoring system that can be used to categorize contacts / leads based on their demographic data and/or their activity over a period of time. Using this feature will allow you to identify and prioritize which of your contacts / leads to follow-up with, which can lead to higher close rates.
A common activity scored is the submission of a form. As an example, you can increase a lead score when a form visitor submits a form to gain access to content that shows high interest or intent.
Find lead scoring for form submissions in Contacts > Configuration > Lead Scoring. Scroll to locate the "Actions Setup" section. Click open the "Select Action" menu, select "Submitted Form", and finish additional parameters like identifying the form, the activity timeframe and the points to be assigned.

When setting up the scoring rule you have an opportunity to narrow which form by identifying the page. This is helpful if you have the same form posted to multiple pages. We are collecting the web URL when forms are submitted.
