Changing the View of the Contacts Dashboard

DESCRIPTION

Your Contacts dashboard default view displays a list of contacts that includes email, full name, date joined and status.  You have options to change the information that is displayed by creating a new view.

HOW-TO

  1. Go to Contacts
  2. Click the  icon at the top-right of the table
  3. Select 'Choose Fields'
  4. Remove desired fields from Selected box (right)
  5. Add desired fields from Available box (left)
  6. Click 'Save' button
  7. Give new view a name
  8. Check the box to make it the new default view
  9. Click 'Ok'

  

NOTES

You may also save the selections permanently by clicking 'Save' and naming the view.
