Your Contacts Dashboard in Delivra serves as a central hub for managing your audience. From monitoring contact status changes to accessing quick links for everyday tasks, this dashboard simplifies how you work with contact data. Whether you're adding new contacts, searching existing ones, or organizing with tags and segments, everything you need starts here.
Key Features & Navigation
When you access the All Contacts page, you'll find contact totals categorized by status at the top of the screen. These counts give you an at-a-glance view of your audience health and deliverability.
Normal: Active email addresses eligible to receive mailings. These contacts haven’t opted out or bounced.
-
Unsubscribed: Contacts who have opted out of communications. They will no longer receive emails.
-
Held: Email addresses marked as undeliverable after three consecutive bounces. These contacts are also removed from future sends.
You don’t need to monitor every unsubscribe or bounced email—Delivra handles it for you:
Opt-Outs: When a recipient clicks “Unsubscribe,” their status automatically updates to Unsubscribed.
-
Bounce Management: If an email address returns three consecutive hard bounces, it's marked as Held to protect your deliverability reputation.
Use the search bar to find an individual contact by full or partial email address. Once results appear, you can hover over a contact to select Edit, opening the contact profile.
Within the contact record, you'll see standard profile details. Customize the fields shown by selecting checkboxes on the right-hand side—ideal for focusing on the data that matters most to you.
Filter by Status
Need to drill down? Use the status drop-down to filter your contact list by one or more statuses (e.g., Normal, Held, Unsubscribed).
There are multiple ways to grow and maintain your contact list:
Add One Contact: Manually enter a single contact’s email and associated profile data. You can also assign tags for segmentation.
-
Import a File: Upload a spreadsheet of contacts through a guided import process. You’ll receive a report once the import is complete.
-
Text-to-Subscribe: Allow mobile users to opt in via SMS by setting up a keyword and shortcode. Reach out to the Client Success team to get started.
-
Integrations: Delivra supports native integrations, API access, and SFTP for seamless data flow with your CRM and other tools. Visit the
Integrations page to explore your options.
Contacts can be exported from your account from the Contacts Dashboard by clicking on the extended options (3-dot) menu on the right-hand side of the dashboard under the Import Contacts button, then clicking your desired export option:
