Does Delivra support third party click tracker apps in campaigns?
We offer web site tracking capabilities such as Google Analytics and Clickstream. These integrations track the behavior of your email recipients for your sent campaigns. The data tracked is then sent back to Google Analytics (if in use) or to Delivra (if using clickstream).
In some cases, we see customers wanting to use a third party click tracker program. Our software is not designed to support third-party tracking, but that does not mean that we do not allow it.
To clarify, our software will not outright prevent you from applying tracking parameters to links, or uploading HTML design files that include special tracking tags. However, please know that it is possible our editor will strip out the non-native code.

If rendering issues arise with files that include third party tracking, Delivra's Support and Design teams are not able to assist in resolution.
If the third party tracking is not working for any reason, Delivra's Support team is not able to assit in resolution.
If you choose to use third party tracking, we recommend testing your templates and campaigns to ensure that behaviors are being tracked. Do not assume that it works.
