Integration notes
- Configuration for Eventbrite integration is currently only available in the Legacy platform.
- Eventbrite integration is offered as an add-on feature. Email Client Success or Support for availability and pricing.
- The Eventbrite integration will connect public events to Delivra, and not private or invite-only events.
- Integration data sync occurs once per hour. Customization of this sync time is not available.
- The integration creates an Event table that is not available to start automations nor can be be used to evaluate or update contact data within an automation. If you are looking for ways to build automation around Eventbrite data, please email Client Success for strategy questions. Contacts that signup for events are automatically added to a category when they register for an event and that category data can be used in automations.
