Viewing an Individual's Lead Score

This feature is currently only available in Legacy, but is coming to Air soon!
Lead scoring is a helpful way to evaluate contact engagement by assigning values to their interactions with your emails and website. In Delivra, lead scores are accessible directly from individual contact records, giving you quick insight into a contact’s activity level and potential interest.
How to Locate Lead Scores
To view a lead score for a specific contact, follow these steps:
Navigate to the Contacts tab in your account.
Use the search bar or click the Find Contacts icon to search for a contact by email address.
Once you’ve located the desired contact, either:
Click the contact's email address, or
Click the down arrow next to the Edit button and select Edit in a new tab.
In the contact record view, scroll to the bottom right of the page.
Locate the
Lead Score section under the
Engagement area.

This section will display the contact’s current lead score, which is calculated based on their behavior and interactions with your communications.
Best Practices and Tips
Regularly monitor scores: Keep an eye on high-scoring contacts for timely sales outreach or targeted follow-ups.
Refine your scoring model: Periodically review your lead scoring criteria to ensure it reflects current marketing and sales goals.
Use scores for segmentation: Build segments or automation branches based on score thresholds to tailor messaging.
Practical Use Cases
Sales prioritization: A sales team can focus on contacts with scores above a certain threshold, indicating strong engagement.
Re-engagement workflows: Identify low-scoring contacts to funnel into nurture or win-back campaigns.
Event follow-up: Assign points for webinar attendance or email clicks to prioritize follow-up actions.
