As your account grows, it's common to accumulate a collection of draft templates and campaigns—some of which may no longer be relevant. To help keep your workspace tidy and focused, Delivra offers a simple way to remove outdated or unused items. Just keep in mind that once a campaign or template is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
To delete a campaign from your account:
Go to the Campaigns dashboard.
Hover your cursor over the campaign you wish to remove.
Click "Delete" from the drop-down Edit menu that appears to the right.
This action will permanently remove the campaign from your account.
To delete an email template:
Navigate to the Assets dashboard.
Hover over the template you'd like to remove.
Select "Delete" from the drop-down Edit menu on the right side.
As with campaigns, template deletion is permanent.
Review before deleting: Double-check whether a campaign or template is being used in any active automation or referenced elsewhere before removal.
Name your drafts clearly: Use naming conventions that distinguish active versions from drafts or test content to reduce accidental deletions.
Archive instead of delete (if unsure): While Delivra does not currently offer a built-in archive feature, consider using naming prefixes like “ARCHIVED_” to visually separate unused items without deleting them.
Seasonal cleanup: After a major campaign, such as a holiday series, you may want to remove supporting templates and test sends.
Template redesign: When you roll out a new branding look, deleting old versions can prevent team members from accidentally using outdated layouts.
Training and testing: After internal training or A/B testing sessions, you might clear out unused drafts to declutter the interface.
