How do I edit a contact record? | Delivra Air

This article references steps in the Delivra Air platform. If you are not a Delivra Air user, please visit this article for steps to complete in the legacy system.

 

You will manage contact records in the Contacts dashboard in your account.

 

How-To

  1. From the Contacts dashboard page, click the button to "View" contacts.

  2. Enter a full or partial keyword in the search box and hit return or enter on your keyboard. The results will be listed on-screen.

  3. Hover over a returned record to display the "Edit" button. Click "Edit" to open the contact record.

  4. Make changes to the fields on the contact profile as needed and click the "Save and Exit" button.


Notes

The contact profile view is controlled by checkboxes on the left. Mark or unmark boxes to access additional fields or remove fields from your view:
