How do I find past sent campaigns?

Finding Sent Campaigns Beyond the 120-Day Default

By default, your Campaigns Dashboard in Delivra only displays campaigns sent in the last 120 days. But what if you need to locate something older—perhaps to view past results or clone a successful campaign? That’s where the Find Sent Campaigns feature comes in.

This advanced search tool lets you quickly locate previously sent campaigns, even beyond the default dashboard view.

How to Find Past Sent Campaigns

  1. Open the Campaigns Dashboard
Navigate to the Campaigns section in your account.

  2. Click “Find Sent Campaigns”
On the right side of the campaign table, you’ll see this button. Click to open the advanced search panel.

  3. Use Optional Filters
Enter as much—or as little—search criteria as you’d like:

    • Campaign Type: Select one or multiple campaign types.

    • Sent Date: Choose a date range.

    • Name: Search by the internal name of the campaign.

    • Subject Line: Search for keywords in the subject line.

    • Segment: Search for terms from the segment name used.

  4. Click "Search"
Your results will appear below the search area.

  5. View or Clone
Hover over any campaign in the list to access View and Clone options.

Data Retention Limits by License Level

Keep in mind that Delivra only retains campaign data for a period defined by your license level:

  • Starter: 90 days

  • Professional: 450 days

  • Enterprise: 1080 days

Once a campaign passes its retention limit:

  • Detailed data (recipient list, open/click info, content preview) is permanently deleted

  • High-level summary stats may remain, but no drill-down data will be available

This also applies to API requests made for historical campaign data.

Tip: If long-term campaign records are important to your team, talk to Support or your Client Success Manager about extending your data retention period.

Best Practices

  • Clone frequently reused campaigns before the retention window ends

  • Export reports periodically for offline recordkeeping

  • Use consistent naming for easy searching later
