All email templates, landing pages, forms, and images used in your email design are hosted files in the Delivra account. This article outlines the steps to find the URL path to where the file is located, commonly used as a link.
Email Templates (online version)
- Go to Assets > Email Templates
- Hover of an email template file to see the Edit button (right side)
- Click open the drop-down menu
- Select Online Version
- This will open the email template file in a new Browser window
- Copy the URL in the address bar
Landing Pages
- Go to Assets > Landing Pages
- Hover of a landing page file to see the Edit button (right side)
- Click open the drop-down menu
- Select View As A Webpage
- This will open the landing page file in a new Browser window
- Copy the URL in the address bar
Forms
- Go to Assets > Forms
- Hover of a form file to see the Edit button (right side)
- Click open the drop-down menu
- Select Test Form
- This will open the form file in a new Browser window
- Copy the URL in the address bar Note: there will be merges that should be removed before trying to use the URL as a link
Images (media library files)
- Go to Assets > Media Library
- Hover of an image file to see the Preview button (right side)
- Click the Copy Path button in the pop-up
