How do I find the most recent images added to my media library when working in the editor?
How to Find and Insert Images from Your Media Library
Your Media Library may house hundreds (or even thousands) of images, especially if your team regularly runs campaigns. Thankfully, Delivra makes it easy to find the right image when you're designing an email or template.
Whether you're working in a campaign or inside an email template from Assets, here are a few ways to quickly locate and insert images into your content.
Using the "Arrange by" Feature in the Email Editor

Name (alphabetical order)

Size (file size)
-
Date Added (newest to oldest or vice versa)
This is especially helpful if you recently uploaded an image or want to find the most used files by name.
Using Search
If you know part or all of the image file name, use the Search bar at the top of the Media Library. Just type in the file name, and matching results will appear instantly.
Pro tip: Keep a consistent naming convention for images (e.g., “Spring24_Hero” or “CTA_Button_Blue”) to make searching even easier.
