How do I save my Outlook distribution list as a CSV file?

DESCRIPTION:

This article details how to save your Microsoft Outlook distribution list as a CSV file to import to Delivra.


HOW-TO:

  1. Open one of the distribution lists.
  2. Save as "text only".
  3. Open your newly saved .txt file and copy the info into a new Excel document.
  4. Spot check: The email addresses should be in a column of their own.
  5. Delete any unnecessary information that you do not want uploaded to the system.
  6. Save as .CSV.
