You can set up an unlimited number of personal inboxes, allowing you to save your favorite email design samples to:

  1. Review & implement into your own email templates later.
  2. Compare similar email types from multiple brands, and/or

How do inboxes work?

When you create a personal inbox, InboxFlows will generate a unique email address that can be used to subscribe to email lists. Those designs will be added to your InboxFlows account.

Tips

  1. We recommend that you create multiple inboxes to stay organized, and dedicate each inbox to a specific brand, industry, type of email, etc.

  2. Think of an inbox as a folder and custom sources as sub-folders within the inbox. For example, create an inbox titled "industry newsletters". Within the inbox, set up multiple custom sources identifying specific brands separately.

  3. InboxFlows works based on uniquely configured email addresses that are used to subscribe to emails. So ideally the company has a public email subscribe form. If email signup is hidden behind having to create an account, or request a quote, it’s probably not going to be a great fit.

Can I share my InboxFlows account with my team?

Yes!

InboxFlows users can invite teammates to their personal accounts to share collected content. Inviting your coworkers will help your team collaborate & plan potential changes to email templates in Delivra. Follow these steps to add your team:

  1. Login to your InboxFlows.com account.
  2. Open a personal inbox. Inboxes are seen in the top-left corner of the dashboard:

Accepting an Invite

Invitees will receive an email notification containing a link. They must click the link and complete a 1-step process to create a login. Upon completion, they will be granted access to your account & personal inboxes.

If an invitee already has an InboxFlows account, they cannot accept your invitation using the same email address.

Can I suggest brands to be added to the general InboxFlows library?

Yes! We're all ears if you have suggestions.

To submit a suggestion, please email marketing@delivra.com, include the brand name and a link to the subscribe form page. We'll do the rest!

Note: Brands being submitted for suggestion should have a public email subscribe form. If email sign up is hidden behind creating an account or requesting a quote, it's not likely a good fit for InboxFlows.

Can I take content from InboxFlows & use it in Delivra?

No, not directly.

In most cases, you can’t use the HTML in Delivra. The code can be messy and cause rendering problems, it's incompatible with our drag-and-drop email designer, and image sourcing is inconsistent. Not to mention, copying another brand's code could open up trademark & copyright issues.

We do not recommend attempting to use HTML code from your InboxFlows account in Delivra templates or campaigns.

Please note that if you pull HTML from InboxFlows and upload it into Delivra:

  1. Support & Design time to fix any issues will be billable.
  2. You will not have access to our drag-and-drop editor to edit the design.

How do I subscribe to Delivra's The Inbox newsletter?
