Manage system alerts

Your account includes automated alerts that can be configured to send on topics like contact subscription and campaign performance. These alerts can be turn on, turned off, or customized. To get there, click the Settings icon in your left-hand navigation > click Account > click Alerts.


If you change any of your account alerts, be sure to click the Save button to save your updated selections.

Insights


Insights are weekly reports sent directly to the recipients of your choice covering subscription growth, most successful content & subject lines, average engagement, and more.

To subscribe Check the reports you want to receive each week, then click the Choose Recipients button to add the email addresses that should be sent the automated reports.

To unsubscribe
1. To unsubscribe yourself only, click the unsubscribe link in the report that you received.
2. To unsubscribe yourself and others, return to Alerts settings in your account. Click the Choose Recipients button. Edit each email address listed to unsubscribe them, or trash them.


Subscription Alerts


Automated subscription reports for new contacts, new unsubscribed contacts, and new held contacts that are emailed to administrators at selected interval. Set if the report should be sent daily or weekly, then choose your schedule.

Turn these reports off completely by checking the "Do not email sub/unsub alerts to account admins" box.


Delivery Alerts


Automated delivery statistics email to administrators for every regular campaign sent. Set one or more report intervals.

Turn these reports off completely by checking the "Do not send delivery alerts to account admins" box.

Mailing Alerts


Automated tracking statistics email to administrators for every regular campaign sent. Set one or more report intervals.

Turn these reports off completely by checking the "Do not send delivery alerts to account admins" box.

Account & site administrator automated reports


Administrators have additional system alert options for individual notification of the following activities that may occur in an account:
  1. Mailing Failure
  2. Mailing No Recipients
  3. Mailing Recipient Count exceeded
  4. Mailing Retry Exhausted
  5. Test mailing Empty
  6. Reply Forwarding Failure
Note that Mailing Alerts apply to regular, triggered, and test emails. Mailing Alerts will not be sent for triggered emails with no recipients, as this is a fairly common occurrence due to the nature of triggered emails.

These alerts are managed on the individual Admin record in Settings > User Security > Users.
