Overview of the SMS Contacts Dashboard

What does this Article Cover?

This article provides a high-level overview of the Contacts, Segments, Tags, and Import History sections within the Contacts dashboard for SMS contacts in Delivra.

All Contacts:

  1. Navigation Pane: The Navigation Pane lets you move between different sections of the Contacts dashboard. In this example, the "All Contacts" section is highlighted to indicate our current view.
  2. Status Counts: At the top of the dashboard, you'll see the current count of contacts, categorized by status.
  3. Search and Filter: Use the search bar to find a specific contact or apply filters to display contacts with one or more specific statuses.
  4. Contact Toggle: Switch between viewing your Email and SMS contacts. In this case, SMS contacts are selected.
  5. Add Contacts: Click the "+" icon to add a single SMS contact, or use the blue "Import" button to upload a .csv file of all your contacts.
  6. Table View: View basic information about your contacts. Hover over a record to reveal the "Edit" button, which lets you view the full contact profile.



Segments:

  1. Navigation Pane: The Navigation Pane allows you to navigate between sections of the Contacts dashboard. Here, the "Segments" section is highlighted, and your Segment Folders are visible directly below.
  2. Search: Use the search bar to find a specific segment. You can also check the "Search in subfolders" option to expand your search across all folders in your account, instead of just the selected folder.
  3. Segment Toggle: Switch between viewing your Email and SMS segments. Here, SMS segments are selected.
  4. Create Segment: Click the blue "Create SMS Segment" button to start building a new segment.
  5. Table View: This view displays all segments that match your current search. Hover over a segment and click "Edit" to go to the segment builder. Click the drop-down arrow and select "Test" to run your segment.


Import History:

  1. Navigation Pane: The Navigation Pane allows you to move between sections of the Contacts dashboard. In this example, the "Import History" section is highlighted.
  2. Search and Filter: Use the search bar to find a specific import, or filter the list to display imports by type (Email or SMS Contacts).
  3. Table View: This view shows all imports that match your current search. Hover over a record and click "View Details" to access the import's details page.


Notes:

  1. Tags and Suppression Lists are not currently available for SMS contacts but will be added in a future release.
