  • One-Way and Two-Way Automatic Sync
    Contacts and key fields are synced in both directions between Delivra and Salesforce, reducing errors and saving time.

  • Add Contacts to Salesforce
    New contacts in Delivra can be automatically added to Salesforce as either Leads or Contacts, helping your CRM stay current with new signups or campaign interactions.

  • Custom Field Mapping
    Choose how fields align between Delivra and Salesforce to ensure the data you care about is synced exactly as needed.

  • View Salesforce Data in Delivra
    Data synced from Salesforce, including custom fields and objects, can be viewed and leveraged directly within Delivra to inform segmentation and automation.

  • Sync Opportunity and Custom Objects
    Custom objects related to Lead, Contact, or Account records in Salesforce can be synced into Delivra. This allows for more granular segmentation and dynamic content strategies based on business-specific data.

  • Opt-Out Syncing
    Opt-outs made in either system are honored and synced across both platforms, helping you stay compliant and respectful of subscriber preferences.
