Sending MMS messages | Delivra Air

With MMS messages, you can now engage your audience with multimedia content, including images, GIFs, and emojis.

How to send an MMS message:

Navigate to the Campaign Dashboard: Log in to your Delivra account and head over to the Campaign dashboard.

Click on Create Campaign: Once you're on the Campaign dashboard, click on the "Create Campaign" button at the top-right of the dashboard.

Select SMS Campaign Type: On the Setup stage, give your campaign a name and select the SMS option under Campaign Type

Choose MMS under SMS Type: Within the Design Stage, select the "MMS" option to toggle to the MMS editor. You will see new buttons appear to add images and emoji. Added images will render in the Preview Messages box below.

 


Important Notes:

10DLC only : MMS sending is currently only available for 10-digit longcodes. Shortcodes and Toll-Free numbers are not currently eligible to send MMS.

Only available in Delivra Air: MMS messaging is only available on the Delivra Air platform.

1MB file limit: Images and Gifs are limited to 1MB in size. 

3 credits per message: Sending an MMS message costs 3 credits rather than 1 credit like a standard SMS message

Character Limits: MMS messages have a 500 character limit for messages that only include text. Adding in a unicode character, such as an emoji, lowers the character limit to 70.
