Delivra’s social integration allows you to automatically share your email campaigns to connected social networks—like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn—as soon as the campaign is sent. This is a handy way to extend the reach of your emails and engage followers beyond the inbox.
Once your social media accounts are connected through Delivra's Legacy platform, you can select which networks to share a campaign to during the campaign scheduling process. The social post will automatically include a link to the online version of your email, with optional custom messaging.
Note: Social integration setup is currently only available in the Legacy platform.
To connect your social accounts:
Navigate to Settings.
Choose Integrations from the dropdown menu.
Use the filter to narrow by "Social," or type a network name (e.g., Facebook) into the search bar.
Click the button for your chosen social network.
In the pop-up window, click OK.
Follow the prompts to log in to the social account and authorize the connection.
Repeat for each network you wish to connect.
To share a campaign to a connected social account:
Create a new Regular or A/B Test campaign.
In Step 6: Schedule, find the Social Media section.
Check the boxes for the networks you'd like to share the campaign to.
Once a network is selected, a new box appears allowing you to enter custom text for that share.
The online version link of your campaign is automatically included.
Finalize the rest of the campaign settings and schedule your send.
Because each social platform displays shared content differently, it's essential to test how your campaign will look when shared. Below are some examples that highlight how small changes can impact presentation:
Example 1: Campaign with online version link only (top of message), no preheader, no added text in the social sharing box — results in a basic post with image and link.
Example 2: Same setup, but with custom social text added — shared post includes that text above the image, improving engagement.
Example 3: Online version link turned off, no preheader, subject line present, and custom social text added — Facebook post displays the subject line along with the image and shared text.
Social sharing is supported only for Regular and A/B Test campaign types.
Automated mailings (e.g., triggers, journeys) do not support this feature.
Integration supports Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Your Delivra account must be properly configured and authorized to connect with social networks.
