Manage your testing and approval processes for email testing, feedback, and resolution from inside your Delivra account. Team Collaboration allows you to test your email campaigns to clients or internal team members & request feedback via email reply effortlessly.
You'll find Team Collaboration in the Test step of the campaign or email template workflow.
Choose an existing collaboration team from the Send test to drop-down, or create a new team by clicking the Create a Collaboration Team button.
When a Collaboration Team is chosen, you can include a message to your team and set an email address to receive all replies in the Collaborate with a Team section:
When the test of the campaign or email template is sent from Delivra, alerts are emailed to indicated team members. All test history, including replies can be seen inside your account in the View Test Send History section of the Test step.
Both you and the client (or internal team members) can track progress by marking edits as resolved inside the campaign workflow, thus cutting down the approval process.
Notes
- Availability of Team Collaboration is based on your license. Email our Client Success team with questions about your license.
- Recipients of test campaigns do not need to be admins in the software to give feedback. Recipients can simply reply to the email and their suggestions will be logged inside of Delivra's test history views.
- When this feature is enabled, the reply-to address of your test campaign will be changed to "collaborate-#####-####@lists.n-email7.net". This is to allow your updates to be added to the Team Collaboration page in the software.
