Team Collaboration in Delivra helps marketing teams manage email testing, feedback, and approvals directly inside the platform—no extra tools or email threads required. Whether you're working with clients or internal teammates, this feature makes it easy to coordinate, review, and resolve comments before a campaign goes live.
You’ll find Team Collaboration in the Test step of your campaign or email template workflow.
To get started:
Choose an existing collaboration team from the Send test to drop-down.
Or, click Create a Collaboration Team to set up a new group.
Once a team is selected, use the Collaborate with a Team section to:
Include a custom message with your test.
Set an email address to receive replies from your team.
When the test is sent, selected team members receive the email along with your message. Feedback is collected via simple email replies, and everything is neatly tracked in the View Test Send History area of the Test step.
Resolve comments in the workflow: As feedback comes in, both you and your reviewers can mark suggested edits as resolved right inside the campaign builder. This visibility helps cut down back-and-forth and shortens approval time.
Centralize feedback: All reply messages and version history are viewable in one place, so there’s no need to chase down input from different sources.
Make feedback easy: Reviewers do not need a Delivra login to provide comments. They simply reply to the test email, and their message is logged in your Delivra account.
Agency-Client Review Cycles: Agencies can send tests directly to clients for final approval, track their feedback, and resolve it before scheduling the send.
Internal QA Workflows: Internal teams can collaborate across departments—like design, copywriting, and compliance—without having to export test emails or switch platforms.
High-Volume Campaigns: Marketing departments running multiple campaigns can stay organized by collaborating with different teams on different initiatives within the same platform.
Licensing: Team Collaboration is available based on your Delivra license. If you're unsure whether it's included in your plan, contact our Client Success team.
Reply-to Address: When this feature is used, the test campaign’s reply-to address changes to a system-generated email (e.g., collaborate-#####-####@lists.n-email7.net
) to capture responses directly into the collaboration view.
