The Alerts section of the Mobile Experience helps you stay informed about important campaign activity without needing to continuously monitor your account. Whether you've just launched a campaign or simply want confirmation that an email has been sent successfully, Alerts provide a convenient way to keep up with what's happening while you're away from your desk.
Rather than searching through your campaigns to see if something has changed, you can open the Alerts tab and quickly review recent notifications. As the Mobile Experience continues to evolve, this area will become an increasingly valuable place to stay up to date on your account activity.
Alerts are designed to notify you when noteworthy events occur within your Delivra account. At this time, the Mobile Experience displays notifications when a Regular campaign has been successfully sent.
Each new notification appears in the Alerts list, allowing you to review recent activity whenever it's convenient. If you've been away from your phone for a while, you can quickly catch up on what's happened since you last opened the Mobile Experience.
To help draw your attention to new activity, unread notifications are clearly identified with a New badge. You'll also notice a notification indicator on the Alerts tab in the navigation bar, making it easy to see at a glance that something is waiting for your review.
When you open the Alerts tab, you'll see a chronological list of your recent notifications. Selecting an alert allows you to review the information associated with that event.
After you've reviewed an alert, you can mark it as Read by selecting the checkmark icon. Once an alert has been marked as read, the New badge is removed, helping you distinguish between notifications you've already reviewed and those that still need your attention.
If there are no remaining unread alerts, the notification indicator on the Alerts tab will also disappear. This simple workflow makes it easy to stay organized without having to manually keep track of which notifications you've already seen.
The Alerts section is intentionally focused on a single notification type during the initial release of the Mobile Experience.
Currently:
As the Mobile Experience continues to grow, additional alert types may be introduced to provide even greater visibility into important account activity.
The Alerts section works best as a quick way to confirm that your campaigns are progressing as expected. If you've just sent a campaign from your mobile device, check the Alerts tab after refreshing the page to verify that the send has completed successfully.
It's also a good habit to mark notifications as Read once you've reviewed them. Keeping your Alerts list organized makes it easier to spot new activity the next time you open the Mobile Experience.
Finally, remember that Alerts complement your campaign reporting rather than replace it. Once you've received confirmation that a campaign has been sent, you can jump into the campaign's reporting page to review opens, clicks, deliveries, and other performance metrics.
Imagine you're traveling between customer meetings and you've just sent an important email campaign from your phone. Instead of wondering whether everything completed successfully, you can simply refresh the Alerts screen and confirm that the campaign has been sent.
Or perhaps you've finished your workday but want a little extra peace of mind before putting your phone away for the evening. A quick glance at the Alerts tab lets you verify that your campaign has gone out as expected, without needing to open your laptop.
Alerts are also useful for marketers who manage several campaigns throughout the week. By marking notifications as Read after reviewing them, it's easy to identify new activity the next time you check in, helping you stay organized without missing important updates.
