Viewing and Editing the Contact Profile
Efficiently managing contact profiles in Delivra is key to keeping information accurate and current. This guide provides step-by-step instructions for accessing, navigating, and updating contact profiles, so you can easily manage essential contact details, engagement history, and demographic data.
- Click the Contacts icon on the left sidebar.
- Select All Contacts from the navigation panel.
- Search for the email address of the contact you want to view or edit.
- Hover over the contact’s record and click Edit.
The Contact Profile displays all information you've collected on a selected contact, including basic demographic details, mailing and engagement history, and an audit log of any changes made.
- Red Box (Left): The navigation pane allows you to jump to specific sections within the profile to view data not in the basic information section.
- Blue Box (Center): The main contact profile area displays the data for the section selected in the navigation pane.
- Green Box (Right): Visible in the basic contact information view, this box lets you show or hide additional fields, helping you keep the profile view relevant to your needs.
While viewing the contact profile, you can simply click into a field to type in changes to data in the following sections:
- Basic Information
- Contact Information
- Tags
When finished, click the blue Save and Exit button at the bottom of the screen to save updates.
