The Customer Overview report group in Delivra provides an at-a-glance view of account-wide activity, engagement performance, and upcoming campaign plans. These reports are designed to help marketers manage multiple accounts with ease, identify trends, and spot opportunities for optimization across all communication efforts.

Each report in this group offers a focused summary of key metrics, along with tools to easily drill into the details when needed.

Company Benchmarks

Summary:
Compare your company's Open Rate, Clickthrough Rate, Click-to-Open Rate, and Unsubscribe Rate against industry averages.

Info
You must have your Industry field completed in Company Information under Settings to use this report.

Uses:

  • Understand how your engagement metrics stack up against peers in your industry.
  • Identify whether changes in performance are company-specific or part of broader industry trends.

Planned Mailings

Summary:
View the number of Draft and Scheduled campaigns across accounts, along with details about the next scheduled campaign. Links are clickable to directly access and review draft and scheduled campaigns.

Uses:

  • Quickly assess what marketing communications are upcoming across all accounts.
  • Ensure visibility and coordination for team-wide email marketing schedules.

Strategic and Executive Insights

Summary:
Compare various contact and campaign metrics over a selected period of time. For more information, please see their detailed article here.

Uses:
  1. Measure the effectiveness of your lead generation forms across all accounts.
  2. Identify which forms are driving the most contacts and leads.

Form Performance

Summary:
Track views and submissions of all forms, along with how many contacts and leads were created through form submissions. Drill-down links allow deeper exploration of submission data.

Uses:

  • Measure the effectiveness of your lead generation forms across all accounts.
  • Identify which forms are driving the most contacts and leads.

Summary:
Analyze URLs used across campaigns to see the number of unique and total clicks each has generated. Links can be expanded to review individual campaign performance for each URL.

Uses:

  • Identify which links consistently drive the most engagement.
  • Spot trends in audience interests based on link activity across campaigns.

Segment Statistics

Summary:
Review how often segments are used within campaigns during a selected time frame. Also displays statistics from the last campaign using each segment, including the number of contacts, recipients, opens, and clicks.

Uses:

  • Determine the effectiveness of your audience segmentation strategies.
  • Recognize segments that perform particularly well (or need refreshing).
