First time login process

First time login process

This article outlines what to expect when you login for the first time. In short, you will need to complete three steps: create a password, setup multi-factor authentication to secure your credentials, and accept our terms of service.

Set a password

  1. Locate the Setup password notification email that you received from Delivra. The From line will read: Delivra Admin <eadmin-noreply@bounce.e.delivra.com>.
Your first login is a time-sensitive process to be completed within 1 hour of receiving the email. If you missed the window, you can request a new link from the email you received.

  2. Click on the embedded "Create your password" link:

  3. Enter a password & confirm it. Then click the "Save & login" button to login to your account. Or, if you have left that page, return to the login page and enter your credentials.

Secure your login with multi-factor authentication

Next, you will be prompted to setup multi-factor authentication for login security. This process requires that you have a device with a MFA app installed. Popular MFA apps include Google Authenticator, Authy, and Duo. Your MFA device is typically a mobile phone, but you can install a MFA app on your desktop computer.
  1. Scan the QR code seen on-screen with the QR reader on your MFA device, then enter the code from your MFA app:

Terms of service

After MFA is complete you will then be prompted to accept our Terms of Service. Click the "Accept" button to continue:

Ta-dah, you're in!

What if I don't receive the password set up notification email?

When a new administrator record is created in the system, the password set up email notification will expire after 24 hours. If you did not receive the system email to create a password, check your SPAM/Junk folders. Look for this email sender specifically: Delivra Admin <eadmin-noreply@bounce.e.delivra.com>
If you still are unable to locate the password set up email, you may want to reach out to your IT team. The email could have been flagged or quarantined. Depending on how much time has passed since the system notification was sent, it may be necessary for a new administrator record to be created with your email address again which will send another notification.
  1. You can try using the forgot password link on your own. Go to delivra.com and click the Login button. On the login page, click the Forgot Password link.
  2. Or, if you need help, you can contact your Delivra site administrator or email our Support team.
