You can manage user settings to control your personal preferences for which alerts you receive from the system, what shortcuts you see within the system, and more.
To access your user settings, click on the user icon located in the top-right corner of your screen and select My Settings:
Click into each tab on the left to manage the settings within for Profile, Security, and Preferences.
Profile
Manage information about yourself including name, mobile, picture, etc.
Note: To test SMS campaigns, your administrator record must have a mobile number saved to your profile.
Security
PreferencesManage preferences for formatting when using the drag-and-drop editor and enable shortcuts throughout the system.
Notes about your user settings - A mobile number must be saved to your user profile if you are using our SMS platform.
- Saving a mobile number will allow you to receive a text message with a one-time code to recover your login. Check the box in the Profile tab to enable this security feature for your number.

Can I control the format of pasted text?
Yes, you can control whether formatting is retained or stripped when text is pasted into the drag-and-drop editor. There is a default setting on the individual administrator profile to control this. When enabled, all formatting will be stripped from pasted text by default unless you utilize the paste text functions from the drag-and-drop text editor.
How-to enable this setting: Click on the user icon located in the top-right corner of your Delivra homepage and select "My Settings" > click "Preferences" tab on the left > find the "Formatting" section and check the box to "Strip text formatting when pasting from clipboard". Save your changes.
Can I control autosave function in the editor?
Yes, you can control whether the editor will autosave or not when you are editing content. When enabled, the system will autosave edits at 2 minute intervals.
How-to enable this setting: Click on the user icon located in the top-right corner of your Delivra homepage and select "My Settings" > click "Preferences" tab on the left > find the "Formatting" section and check/uncheck the box to "Autosave my drag-and-drop editor changes". Save your changes.
