1. Open your campaign and go into the Design step of the workflow to use the drag-and-drop email designer. | |
2. Click into a text block and place your cursor where you want to insert the merge tag. | |
3. In the text editor on the right, locate and click the Merge Tag icon. | |
4. A menu will appear. Scroll or search to find desired field. Click to select the field. | |
5. The field's merge tag will be visibly inserted into the text block at the cursor position. 6. Format as needed by adding a comma, or line breaks. | |
7. When the campaign sends, the recipient will see their unique information. |
Creating a bullet point list can be a key way to increase message retention in your audience. Bullets break up large text blocks, draw the eyes, and allow recipients to scan your email effectively.
Using the Drag-and-Drop Editor, you can type or paste the list of items into your text block, one per line. Then, highlight the entire list of items and click the Bullet or Numbered list icon on the toolbar.

Companies may have a RSS feed on their site to showcase a rolling list of news or new stories. Our RSS integration allows you to pull in your headlines, a small blurb from the story, an image (if the RSS feed supports images), and your story link to use in your email content.
The text highlight feature allows you to call-out text in your emails. You will find an icon in the text editor toolbar for text background color.

3. Click the down arrow to open color picker
4. Click on a displayed color to select it.
In some instances, you may want to add a strikethrough to your HTML text to indicate a change, a price reduction, or another alteration. This is easy to do in the drag-and-drop editor.
