How do I change the email template chosen for my campaign?
You started a campaign but then realize that you chose the wrong email template for its design. You can correct this issue easily in the the Setup step of the workflow. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Setup step of the campaign workflow.
- Scroll to the Design section. Click the checkbox to "Unlock edit options":
- Template selection options will re-open. Locate and select your Custom Template by clicking the radio button.
- Be sure to click the Save and Next button in the top-right corner.

You may have templates organized into folders. To open folders, click the folder name on the right:
