Finding contacts that have been tagged, or are in/not in specific tags can be accomplished using our Segment Builder. In this article we will provide common examples of using Tag clauses in Segments.
Segments are created and managed in your Contacts dashboard. Navigate to Contacts > Segments to begin.
1. Click the Create Segment button in the Segments dashboard.
2. Select Email for segment channel and Regular for segment type.
3. Provide a name for your segment. Optionally add a description and place your segment in a folder.
4. Open the New Clause drop-down menu. Scroll to the Groups section of the clause listing. Find and select In Tag.
5. Leave the Select drop-down menu set to A selected tag, then open the Tags drop-down and select all boxes for Tags to evaluate.
6. Click the Save and Next button in the top-right to return your results.
