Searching for Contacts in Multiple Accounts

DESCRIPTION

This article is for multi-account users that need to search across multiple accounts to find a specific contact.


HOW-TO

  1. Navigate to the Contacts dashboard by clicking "Contacts" from the panel located on the left side
  2. Select All contacts.

The remaining steps do not apply in Air
Click on the Magnifying glass icon on the right side.
Change the "Search within" drop down to "All Your Accounts".
Open the drop down menu of "Select your search fields". You can select Email, Full name, Contact ID or input information into the Search field. 
Enter the corresponding information. 
Click yellow "Search" button at the top of the page.
