Searching for Contacts in Multiple Accounts

This feature is currently only available in the Legacy platform.
When managing multiple accounts in Delivra, it can be tricky to locate a specific contact if you’re not sure which account they belong to. Fortunately, Delivra makes it easy to search across all of your accounts from a single place.
Whether you're troubleshooting a support inquiry or checking engagement history, this cross-account contact search will help you quickly find who you're looking for.
How It Works
Multi-account users have access to a unified search option in the Contacts dashboard. Instead of toggling between accounts, you can run a search across all contacts stored in your organization’s accounts using specific identifying fields.
Steps to Search Across Accounts
From the left navigation panel, click Contacts to open the Contacts dashboard.
Click the magnifying glass icon on the right side of the screen to open advanced search options.

In the Search within dropdown, change the selection to All Your Accounts.

Open the Select your search fields dropdown. You can choose one or more of the following fields:
Input your search criteria.
Click the yellow Search button at the top of the page.
Delivra will scan across all connected accounts and return matching contact results.
Best Practices and Tips
Use the Email field whenever possible for the most precise results.
If your organization uses Contact ID consistently, this can also serve as a reliable way to locate records.
For high-volume organizations, narrowing by field before clicking Search can help reduce processing time.

A support team member needs to confirm whether a subscriber exists across multiple brand accounts.
A marketer wants to ensure a contact is not duplicated across regions before initiating a campaign.
An admin is auditing data consistency across business units and needs to verify record placement.
