SFTP, or Secure File Transfer Protocol, is a network protocol that allows files to be transferred securely between systems over a secure connection. Unlike standard FTP, which transmits data in plain text, SFTP encrypts both commands and data, offering an extra layer of security. It is commonly used for sensitive data transfers and integrates seamlessly with many data management systems.

SFTP is available to all Delivra customers at no additional cost. However, before you can begin using it, your SFTP setup must be configured by our Support team.

Once your SFTP account is configured, you can securely transfer files to import or update contact data across your Delivra accounts.
Important to note:
After your file is uploaded via SFTP, mapping the fields from your file to Delivra contact fields is done through the Delivra user interface. Field mappings must be configured ahead of time to ensure smooth imports.
